Furnace-chamber thermocouples engineered per application — wear-resistant, chlorine-resistant and ultra-high-temperature designs with a stated service-life expectation, so you can budget replacements instead of reacting to failures.
In a waste-to-energy furnace chamber, a standard sheathed thermocouple faces high temperature, chlorine-bearing flue gas and high-speed particle erosion — simultaneously. The result is short life, unplanned outages and repeated high-altitude replacement work.
Every item is built to order — insertion length, diameter, thread or flange, cable length and accuracy class. Nothing is sold as a shelf item.
Five protection-tube variants for the furnace chamber: wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature (1400 °C), overlay-welded and composite ceramic (1600 °C).
Developed for the specific wear mechanisms of each industry — power plant CFB boilers, steel hot blast stoves, cement kiln inlet/outlet and carbon baking furnaces.
For calibration laboratories and metrology institutes: sealed Pt100 RTDs (−80 to +300 °C, Class AA) and fine-gauge sheathed Type K thermocouples for muffle and heat-treatment furnaces.
Smart and capacitance pressure transmitters (4–20 mA, HART), HART temperature transmitter modules supporting up to ten sensor types, bimetallic thermometers and pressure gauges.
Each of these is a real, in-production protection-tube or sealing technology — tested on site until its service life was proven.
| What you are buying | Why it matters on site |
|---|---|
| Fewer replacements per year | Each furnace-chamber replacement means access, permits, and often an outage window. Reducing replacements from ten a year to two removes eight of those events. |
| Fewer unplanned outages | A failed furnace thermocouple can trip control logic or force an unplanned stop. Life you can predict is life you can schedule. |
| Stable signal, not just survival | Drifting readings drive the wrong combustion decisions. Our inserted elements are metal-clad against field interference and specified for drift. |
| Spare-parts planning | We quote life by diameter and position, so you can hold the right number of spares instead of a warehouse of guesses. |
| Application engineering included | Send us the furnace type, fuel, flue-gas chemistry and installation point — the design is reviewed before quoting, at no cost. |
